You can edit or permanently delete links, QR assets, and click logs at any time from your account. Deleted records are immediately purged from active database systems.

1. Acceptable Use

Crinfly Connect is intended for legitimate personal and business link management. You agree not to create links or QR codes leading to phishing, fraud, credential theft, malware, scams, or illegal materials.

2. Zero Tolerance for Abuse

Any short link or dynamic QR code detected or reported as harmful, malicious, or abusive will be deactivated immediately without notice, and the responsible account may be permanently terminated.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure. Please contact us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Quotas & Service Fair Use

Usage quotas (such as total active links and daily redirect scans) are defined by your active plan tier. We maintain fair use protections to guarantee speed and stability for all tenants.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime, we are not liable for third-party destination server downtime or network disruptions.
